2020 BCS CELLO COMPETITION
Read carefully the following information to apply for the 2020 Belgium Cello Society Cello Competition!
NEW Application Deadline: 31 July 2020
Application Fee: 50 euros
Age limit: Under the age of 29 by the start date of the competition
REPERTOIRE :
🎥 Pre-selection (VIDEO) - send TOTAL COMBINED 10 minutes of video recording (2 contrasting selections; each can be recorded separately)
🎻 FIRST (Live Round) - perform 10 minute selection from your FULL 30-40 minute program (YES, you may re-use the same 10 minutes from the pre-selection video, and YES, you may also play completely different 10 minutes - it's really up to you! 🥳)
🎻 FINAL (Live Round) - be prepared to play your FULL 30-40 minute program
- Please upload your videos to a streaming platform (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) and send us the two links
- The jury may select up to 18-24 qualified candidates to compete in the live FIRST ROUND
- The accepted candidates will be announced in mid-August
